Weighted blankets

A weighted blanket spreads gentle, even pressure across the body, which many people find calming in the evening. The Oak has a glass-bead fill under a soft grey cover, in Small (127 × 152 cm) or Medium (150 × 203 cm).

As a guide, choose a weight of about 10% of your body weight. Not suitable for children under 12, or for anyone who can't remove it unaided.
